“Waterside” in Newton Ferrers is a high end bespoke four storey home built on a private road overlooking the river Yealm. Working alongside Jeremy Wright Ltd as the main contractor BVEC carried out the full electrical installation also including TV/AV, home data network, alarm and door entry systems and the full mechanical ventilation heat recovery system (MVHR) . All lighting was designed and supplied by Lightmaster and has helped to give this modern development a fantastic finish.
